Overlooking the track is the Blues Performance Gym where S&C sessions take place. This is lead by Duncan (the Uni S&C coach) and has facilities to aid with strength training, speed work and recovery. Members of the Blues Performance Program (BPS) get two gym sessions a week along with nutrition and phycology twice a year. The member of the squad will be chosen by the respective Women's and Men's Captains at the beginning of Michaelmas Term, and then updated throughout the year, basing their selection off performance in races, commitment to training and attendance at BPS sessions.
