Our typical weekly training looks like this:

Monday: Circuits – 6pm Iffley Road
Tuesday: Reps Session – 1pm Exeter-Hertford Playing Fields
Wednesday:  Conditioning – 7.45am Iffley Road
Steady Run – 5pm Radcliffe Camera
Thursday: Tempo Session and Conditioning – 1pm University Parks
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Hills Session – 10am South Parks
Sunday: Long Run - 10am Radcliffe Camera
